Product Replacement Policy
- We only replace products that have not been consumed and are faulty (e.g., perished).
- We offer replacements only, not refunds.
- Replacements must be verified by proof of receipt/purchase.
- Replacement requests must be made at the store where the original purchase was made.
- Replacements from other stores are strictly prohibited.
- All replacements are at our discretion.
Review and Feedback Process
- We encourage honest feedback and reviews about your experiences with us.
- If you have concerns, we kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to address them directly before posting online reviews.
