RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 14 days (certain exemptions apply in respect of food based products - see below). If 14 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition on which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected in accordance with our terms and policies and any returns that do not conform with our policies will not be refunded.
Where a refund and/or return is refused by the business, Siesta2Go can return back to the original purchaser the item(s) on which was refused although no later than 7 days after refusal has been confirmed, after which the product will be disposed. Purchaser must pay to Siesta2Go any associated postage costs in initiating a return, failing which the item will be withheld in accordance with these policies.
Siesta2Go will invariably dispose of any food based product that surpasses its use by date (save as to best before) and that includes but not limited to returns, in which case you will not be eligible to a refund (except where goods are faulty).
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
